• Facilitate collaborative projects and community-based solutions to address complex social issues. We carry out this mission through our values—a framework of common principles and shared beliefs that guide us. They enshrine the standards by which we will direct our decision-making, actions and behaviour by reminding us to be:
• Accessible to all
• Accountable to our program participants, volunteers, donors and the community
• Compassionate to those in need
